CARL TEN BROEKE - Technical / General Manager

Carl is an Electronics engineer and a member of the AUS/NZ Illuminating Engineering Society, winning IES (Illuminating Engineering Society) Awards in 2000 and 2009 for Excellence in Luminaire Design. As technical and general manager Carl is the driving force behind technical luminance electronics development at KTL ensuring the production of innovative energy efficient lighting systems.

DAVE LAUNDER - Design Manager

Dave is a registered architect and a Fellow of the NZ Institute of Architects with over 40 years experience running his own practice and the management of both small and large commercial and residential projects and a significant number of corporate design projects. As an NZIA Award winner in 2005 and 2007, Dave brings his invaluable expertise as a designer and project manager to all KTL projects.

MIKE LEE - Production / QA Manager

Mike is responsible for the planning and co-ordination of all manufacturing and production processes (inclusive of quality assurance) during the construction of all products. With 5 years experience at KTL Mike ensures all clients receive exceptional quality products.
